I sent in my conditional acceptance but I got the certified mail return receipt one.
Mistakenly, did not get the ones that need the wet signature.
But the request return receipt was stamped by the postal service and I did write the location it was being sent to.
But it will show it was received.
Will the request return receipts still suffice due to it showing the receipt and a contract is still valid upon the postal rule with its delivery?

The USPS actually has the signature on file that accepted the document. You can have them print you one out.
You should be able to printout a copy of the delivery date and time from the USPS tracking website.
