I sent a payment coupon per the course, starting by sending it directly to the processing center. They applied a credit to my account, but a couple of weeks later reversed it and sent me a letter stating that my payment was "missing". 

I'm not 100% sure what my next step should be but since they accepted my coupon and did not send it back to me, I'm trying to stay optimistic that I can get it figured out.
