Does the coupon method work on utilities?? Yes Or no?? I can't seem to find any evidence that it does.

All the information & documents templates you need to discharge & eliminate debts is on NY Craigslist. You don't even have to be a SPC to discharge debts!

its a hit or a miss. if you send the coupon out with the letter explaining everything, make sure to keep paying your bill like regular so they dont turn off your lights or water during the process.
