Has anyone considered the ramifications of this method regarding https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/31/328.6 (31 CFR 328.6)? I am still trying to get this stuff all sorted in my head, so if anyone with a deeper understanding of this has any insight, that would be awesome.

I should probably have added this to my original post...

In case anyone is curious where I stumbled onto this, I got this info from this video...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXBOhjhOAlQ

Read the last paragraph

§ 328.1 Scope of regulations.

The regulations in this part are applicable only to U.S. bearer securities presented for any other transactions, or to registered securities assigned in blank, or to bearer, or so assigned as to become, in effect, payable to bearer. effect, payable to bearer.

I have.  I looked up the statute in the CFR.  31 CFR 328.6

Be sure to read the 31 CFR 328.5 also and the rest of the chapter-

it is short so will be quick reading....

After I read the size of the space required

I started noticing that on all of my utility bills there IS

a blank space that size on the left hand side...

HHMMM...may be on to something here....

So in place of getting the actual stamp

it can be printed by your computer as well and is considered

"stamped"  verses "hand written" ---interesting eh ?

I will try this and let you know what happens !!!
