I watched Chris's video on the W-4 and he states that the packet should go to 1111 Const. Ave....that is the IRS address...not the Treasury so I am confused. Does anyone have clarity on the proper address? The US Treasury address is 1500 Penn Ave. NW. Why is Chris saying to send w-4 to the treasury at 1111 Const. Ave?
