Why cant I take a BILL (bill of exchange) sign it as an order as described and deposit it into my bank account??? If indeed I can draft an order from the bill, I should be able to do this.
For example, I get a phone bill for 50 dollars, I sign it and create an order for deposit and then deposit at my bank into my account. I can then pay the bill or "discharge it" from my account like I would normally. Make sense??
Could it be this simple??
