Capital One Auto Finance refusing to accept 1099-A to pay off truck loan. What are my next steps? I sent a conditional acceptance already and they are still refusing to accept.

Any way to share the CA so we may view? Did you hire Chris or ? to review the 1099-A or CA prior to submitting to CO? ty - ...keep swimming or as Rocky would say - get back in the ring! :D hugs
I watched Chris’s videos and a friend sent me a CA that he had.
CO is saying they don’t accept that form of payment.
It is my understanding that Cap One does not accept any form of payment other than FRN per their contract terms. Anything else would be considered a violation. I have Cap One as well. In order to get remedy you must take them to arbitration.
