What happens if a person signs the tickets as usual without the beneficiary signature and without prejudice. Is there anything they can do or is it too late because they entered the contract? Can they still pay the tickets with the 1099A or their countries tax document?

Hi Australian here…. Living in the United states now……but I know Australians have 10 days to rescind the contract. They need to write diagonally across the ticket “10 day right of rescission, your offer to contract is not accepted, while traveling in private, in my private automobile”
Look up the laws on driving in private and for the 10 day rescission period, write that on there too in red pen and sign as example xJohn.L.Doe
Then take it back/ mail back to the issuing police station
