Hi, I received a bill from Mohela Fed student loan. I sent a 1099A form to them and for some reason I signed the back of it twice then used white out on one signature, I also just realized after watching more of the videos that I was to check the void box on the two forms below on the form. Can anyone offer guidance. Please and thank you!!!
