I recently sent off coupon payment to my USAA (I have a bill with them) and it was forwarded to the CEO, an Advocate contacted me and before i call them back (Given me 7 days) Im unsure how to respond to the advocate or what she has to say. Has anyone experienced this? How do you also respond to Capital one when they say they havent receieved a coupon payment but you know it was delivered?
