My auto loan payoff (via 1099a) was rejected ted and sent back. I wanna get started on this conditional acceptance but I want to know who do else can I send this to besides the CEO of my local bank?

You can prepare CA for everyone involved like the CEO of the company, the salesman, the GM, the owner etc. I don't know if one would go to the Social Security Trustee. You'll need to ask Chris or Jay about that. Then add your witnesses: the US Attorney General and the State Attorney General. Convert the templates from PDF to Word that were provided in the course to get most of the laws and footnotes on the document. When you feel you done your due diligence contact CH or Jay to review it before you send it.
