Hi, I do not want to see the failures only. I barely succeded with other processes but the mailing is flawless, from 30+ mailed registered letters 1 came back for stamps, ALL green card came back signed. Practically the process worked for me. Just to tell others: it works.(for me). I am testing the international now. But first I am planning to register at UPU. I am NOT related to the owners, admins of this site, and NOT paid for this. Waiting for the package course.
