As far as stampers go…should i have a different stamper for each labeling to fully outfit the mailing envelope? For example..my address (stamper), postage paid (red stamper) with UPU RL 114 (2.2) under it?, without prejudice UCC 1-308 (stamper), and the USPS International mail manual with all of the codes with that in stamper? Also, as simple/common sense as this question may be…for the thumb print am I just placing my thumb on an ink pad and placing my print there? Thanks in advance.
