Hello I sent a coupon and notarized letter to Capital One ( certified)for one of my accounts with them on 09/25/23. I received my return receipt and they received the mail on 09/26/23. My online experian account notified me that as of today 10/08/23 Capital one has closed both of my accounts with them and as far as I can tell them account balance has not changed. How do I proceed? Do I fill out a 1099-c?
