I have sent in a coupon packet to the CEO of the Texas toll roads, no response just another bill, next I sent in a coupon and a 1099A and again I just received a new bill and my 1099a was not returned. both were mailed certified return receipt. my question is should I call the CEO's office first or just send the conditional acceptance?
