The gas company is refusing to comply with anything I send. They are refusing the payment from the Treasury and my letters or returning the coupons. Legal aid won't help. My gas services were turned off even after they said they would credit one of those 1099a payments I first did. I have no help. What else can I do

Make a letter asking the if they follow the federal law/codes and send them the code above and see what they say? Please make sure to do your homework on all the other code that you can serve them with, however is a very powerful code. This is what I am doing. Good luck. Let us know what happens.

I've sent so many codes they are violating. I've asked for record of accounting n ect. They won't return my coupons either

If they didn't return the coupon it means that they accepted.
I am also have some this issues with my utility companies and a few C.Cards.
I am make a letter with most of the US CODES and UCCODES. However letter might be to long to put here. I will let you know in a few days.
I will also include this statement.
"If you refuse to accept a negotiable instrument I will send the IRS a 3949A"
Please do homework on how it is filled out and sent form in for to IRS.
