Marsha, did you have any luck? I also want this answered. Chris said in one of his videos that it should be for 1 year. He also said that you could talk to the manager and explain the process and ask if they would accept a 1099-a if so give them the 1099-OID, 1040v, 1096, 8888, they manager would have to mail the documents. My manager is acting like she has no clue. She is very shaky as Chris would say!! I am trying to find a way to do it without dealing with the manager.
