Good Evening, I live in the state of LA and I would like to purchase a home. How do I find a trustee? Can it be anyone really or a LLC, LLP, Inc, one that I do not own. Please help me. I really watched the videos twice and I still dont know this part.

You can find someone you trust to be your trustee, but they would need to understand the role and responsibility of this kind of trustee or trust action, as well as how to submit the paperwork.
