Accepting a 1099A for services.

Can I Accept a 1099A for services without being a secured party creditor or a trustee? I am a mechanic. Thank You.

You must be trustee. But As Chris H say. You get on slipery ice. It's better you have a company to be the trusteee. For the taxes I suppose.

Hi Johan,

Are you referring to hiring a company to specifically act as the trustee, or using a mortgage company/car dealership as the trustee?

The mecanic act as the trustee/company. He files the paperwork/proce 1099A to the U.S. Treasury. I understand that digital services are not taxeble. I don't know if mecanic-services are taxeble.
So for Kira I'm refering to hiring a company. But it seems the strawman IS a company.
The man/woman he is working for is the beneficiary.
