I have my payment on auto.  But do not receive the statement or anything in mail.   I called and asked why.  The Said they just don't. I asked if I were to go to manual pay.  Do they send out the payment coupon to submit the payment.  They said no.   They don't or have ever done that.   So since there is no coupon. Do I just submit a 1099A them to satisfy the loan? 

I did a remittance on it but filled it out on the loan payment schedule a month half ago to no avail.     

So is that what I need to do?
