Can I be my husbands trustee and he be my trustee?

Can I be my husbands trustee and he be my trustee? We have 3 kids, one of which is 18. Can he be both of our trustees?

No, husband and wife cannot be trustee for each other in the context of what Chris teaches. However parent can be adult child trustee and vice versa.
