Name syntax/capitalization on 1099-A [and other] forms

[spoiler alert]

I noticed that in the quiz for the 1099-A Course on this site, the correct answer for the beneficiary name and endorsement is:

First-Middle: Last, beneficiary

Obviously we never want to use the all-caps name unless expressly referencing the corporation, but I have been led to believe that there is also some meaning behind capitalizing the first letter of each name, and that it should be formatted as:

first-middle: last, beneficiary

Any clarification would be appreciated.
