how Do we fill out the 1099a’s now after the new Chris instructions? Who is the Lender and borrower etc now ?

Yes and he said not to put us as lender now etc. That’s why I am asking for clearer instructions.

I've been through the courses and I've listened to every Q&A up to January 3rd (still in the process of catching up). With my current level of understanding, (from multiple sources not just here) it would make sense that we would put our trust/strawman as the lender if we are trying to get money from our trust. If an institution was using our credits to create our balance that we usually pay them back (plus interest) where does the treasury come in?
