Verifying amount of Off-Ledger Account

I've been researching the process of finding out the balance of my off ledger account, but have been unsuccessful...any ideas?  With Gratitude, -Corey A.

File IRS form 4506T it will give you the full report.

That will only give you access to the on ledger account though
