Got remedy with a Lowes credit card and Irs bill by sending in the Power of attorney and a Notice to Claim Interest with endorsed bill. !St attempt. Recieved letter back from Sychrony bank, the president saying I was no longer responsible for the  over $5100  bill and was issued a credit back icluding INTEREST and fees. Tee IRS accepted it the first time as well over 1100 in tax debt!!!!!!!!!!! Also filed an Assumed Name Certificate and got my friends charges dropped a week after it was filed. He was facing 7 yrs recently!!!!!!!!!
