I had an heavy equipment accident and had to have 26 staples to sew up my scalp.  I had a ct scan, mri, at the emergency room. Also therapy.

After medicare and insurance their part, I received a bill for over $1200.00+-.

Without being shaky I told them about the cqv trust and the paper work. I filled out the 1099-A,  and added all the other paper work in a large brown envl., and told them finish  filling out the other paper work and send it to the treasury in the addressed envelope. not sure how long it took for them to get their money, but I got a bill from the hospital and it had a $0 Balance.  This accident happen Aug. of 2022.
