i cleared mine and 13 other individual inmates of St.Joe Missouri prison in 2016. i believe it took up 6 weeks to 2 months. i cleared 1800 that i owed and i was there for child support. i went to the case manager a got a certified account statement. i got a red pen from the case manager. she was later fired and you are not able to get a certified account statement in missouri (you still get a copy and get a notoriety).

i didnt get to speak with the case manager for the reasons of me moving to new camp. i just heard she no longer holds that position. shes a p.o. now. im sure the red pen was the problem. in the rules you would find that you was entitled to have the certified account statement and you had to go through your case manager to get it
Trying to make sense of what your saying...was the case manager fired over giving you a red pen or giving you a certified account statement? What did you do with that red pen? Curious on the rest of the story please? Ty
