Skipping the part where I explain my situation this is what happened . I requested from my mortgage company some docs ( 1099S, OID, verification of ownership....) they failed to provide me such docs ( out of the time and the documents they sent me is just what i signed at closure). Don’t know if my next step is a conditional offer or not? Also , can I place my house in an Express Trust? TIA
